به گزارش مجله بیمه و مردم به نقل از روابط عمومی بیمه ایران حسن شریفی رئیس محترم هیات مدیره و مدیرعامل بیمه ایران ،باهمراهی ذاکری نژاد معاون امور شعب، روز چهارشنبه ۱۵تیر ماه سال جاری بصورت سر زده از شعبه ممتازشرق تهران بازدید کردند.

شریفی در جریان این بازدید، از مجموعه شعبه و ادارات بازدید و با یکایک همکاران وبا توجه ویژه و در راستای مشتری مداری، با مراجعین وزیاندیدگان دیدار و گفتگو کرد.

در ادامه این بازدید، شریفی در نشستی با سرپرست و همکاران شعبه ، تاکید کرد :با اطلاع رسانی جامع به بیمه گذاران و مشتریان شرکت ،نحوه استفاده از خدمات قابل ارائه از طریق ” سامانه بیمه ایران من ” و مخصوصا خدمات خسارت آنلاین و همچنین برون سپاری این خدمات را اطلاع رسانی نمایید.
