این مزایده برای تامین منابع حمایت از کودکان بی‌سرپرست به عنوان اولین خیریه بیمه‌ای کشور و با محوریت پرداخت حق بیمه زندگی برای کودکان بی‌سرپرست تا سن اشتغال برگزار می گردد.

در این مزایده ۲۰ درصد از منابع جمع سپاری صرف هزینه‌های راه‌اندازی و مکان خیریه مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد و مابقی در صندوق خیریه برای پرداخت حق بیمه زندگی کودکان بدون سرپرست سرمایه‌گذاری می گردد.

هر ۱۰۰ هزار تومان ۱ سهم خیریه محسوب می شود و هر نفر می تواند تا ۵۰۰ سهم خیریه را تهیه نماید.

منابع حاصل از جمع‌سپاری و سرمایه‌گذاری‌های خیریه صرف پرداخت حق بیمه کودکان بی‌سرپرست می گردد.
